Go! This past weekend, Claire completed her very first marathon. She has been logging miles through her PE Department at school since the fall. Saturday was the official race day, and she came together with kids from across the city to run the last mile of her 26 mile journey. Jeremy even got to take part in the event by running with Claire, and guiding and encouraging her along the way. Emma and I enjoyed our view from the sidelines, and we did our best to cheer our runners on. At the end of it all, Claire declared herself "exhausted". Those words are rare around here!
